To receive a full refund, you must return the products in their original packaging, with all accessories, manuals and without signs of use. After checking the item(s) and if its condition is correct, we will do our best to process the refund as soon as possible. Your financial institution may take up to 20 days before the refund is reflected in your bank/card account.
